Do you ship outside of Hamilton?
We hope to in the future, it can be tricky and expensive shipping chemicals via courier, but we should have a solution for this soon.
How long does delivery take within Hamilton?
We aim to do all our deliveries for the week on a Friday so you can have your pool ready for the weekend. If you have specific requirements, give us a call and I'm sure we can work something out.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We are located in Te Rapa, Hamilton. Just click the 'pick up order' option in the checkout process.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the product hasn't already left our premises, give us a call and we can help you out.
How do I book a service?
